I did not realize JUCO’s were still recruited. Used to be a great get for experience purposes but have not heard of it any in many years! Used to be a way to fill immediate needs.

There was no ruling, there was a temporary injunction until there is a ruling.

The injunction has the effect of a ruling for Pavia.
The ruling will set precedent for all JUCOs.

The recent JUCO case was for the Vandy QB only. If Smith wants more eligibility he'll have to sue for himself unless there is some class action suit for all JUCO players currently at NCAA schools and for future JUCO players. The Judge based his decision on financial impact and that the NCAA never attempted to bargain or negotiate.
