Sammy's cousin. Just decommitted from coach Prime. Doesn't appear to currently have a Tiger offer. Does Dabo jump in with an offer?

Depends on how good he is. These transfers and decommits are leaving for a reason. The transfers may be leaving because they are not good enough to receive playing time.
