Lose to Wake Forest and the coach gets fired

Clemson has lost to Wake Forest five times since 1993.

Three of those loses resulted in a coaching change.

The last time Clemson lost to Wake Forest the coach was fired two days later.

That was then. This is now, NO Clemson coach Is going anywhere. The staff at Clemson is recognized by the college football community as among the nations best. I agree that they are and they WILL fix anything in the Tiger program that needs fixing! You can go to the bank with that.

WF was pretty good that night in 08. There were some ugly things being said in the Clemson section that night.

I'm going to assume all three of those coaches had won 2 national championships in the previous 5 seasons, so it's apples to apples...
