Not in our lifetime. Should be mathematically possible though. 4 one seeds each year over the next 1000 years. We would need a Michael Jordan type of athlete to come through the program and realistically it would have to be a local kid that was offered a lot of money by a shady coach. But it could happen, just not in the next 100 years.

Oregon was a mess when they hired Altman the same year we hired Brownell. He turned them around. So with a good coach, why not?
They were 24-39 the 2 years before he showed up. For comparison Altman is 150-63 (.704) with 4 straight NCAA berths and has won 21+ games every season. Brownell is 107-87 (.552) and no berths in the last 5 years.
