Football recruits to Chicken Town. They seem to be on more list than I can ever remember. Must be coot money coming to the surface. Is Shame Beamer that good of a coach and recruiter?

The Murdaugh family is no longer an entity at USuCk. Beamer's recruits are not as strong as some elevate them. If Sellars goes down, they may not win another game. Also, their bowl game showed the world how to defense Sellars.

If Sellers struggles, Air Noland is probably going to take over.
I'm still flabbergasted he signed with Scar. I wonder if we even got a look.

Yes Beamer can absolutely recruit.
I know I know it’s the cluckers but you got to give credit where it’s due regardless of how they’re doing it.
Beamer is especially effective in the DMV area. He got Harbor and Stewart from around there. Both out of state 5 star recruits. Now Harbor hasn’t done much yet but he can really fly. Stewart however had a helluva freshmen season. Will he experience the SOPH slump? Will he be able to produce at the same rate without Kennard on the other side to take attention away? We’ll see.
But the point still stands. Beamer can recruit bottom line. They are getting more talented and quickly. No they’re not going to win the SEC anytime soon but you don’t have to… to get to the CFP. I’m certainly not saying they’re going to the playoffs I’m just saying they don’t have to win the SEC to get there anymore.
They’re on more top guys lists that I’ve seen than even we are. Now that doesn’t mean they’re going to get them but Beamer is at least getting them seats at the table and he’s proven over the last handful of cycles that he’s capable of winning a handful of these big time battles.
If Sellers has a good year and they were to win 8/9 again and knock off a top ranked team… that just gives him more and more ammo to point to when getting in front of these top guys.

2021: 80th
2022: 24th
2023: 16th
2024: 22nd
2025: 18th
2026: 58th (currently)
29-22 (0.569)
Meh, nothing here says great. Not even close really.
You reckon he’ll win more than 8 this year? I don’t. I’m taking all bets that team will take a step backwards in 2025/26.

given both schools fairly recent history{last decade or so) & accomplishments(6 CFP apps, 2 NC vs consistently mediocre or worse, save for last season & 2 consecutive wins over us)..we should own the state of SC, have our pick of the bluechips..but this is not the case..if anyone has an argument about locking down this state..currently it's them. He's either a magician or he's outworked our staff that might have grown a bit complacent. They've got potential difference makers over there on both sides of the ball-
