Our last two quarterbacks were both ranked as the number two quarterbacks coming out of high school. Both of them have played atrocious at Clemson.
Now, DJ has Oregon State, a mid-tier Pac 12 team, sitting at #11.
If Dabo doesn’t have a once in a generation quarterback, (and he was blessed to have two back-to-back), he can’t produce an offense, or develop a quality quarterback.

3 coaches on the offensive side are former players , zero coaching experience prior, for the past 3 years we have struggled offensively …

I have a feeling Dabo is tired of coaches jumping after 2 years to take a head coaching job BUT that means that those coaches were #### good coaches.
Now he's trying to train former players with zero experience who are loyal to the school and might stay longer. It's silly but Dabo is doing it now... Dabos earlier hires had decades of proven experience.

Check who our WR and OL coaches are. Then look at their experience. Then scratch your head. Dabo is hiring friends instead of proven coaches now.

Running Backs, Wide Receivers, and OL coach all lack experience. Most notably, Spiller who spent one season as GA and becomes the running backs coach. There’s def tension between him and those backs. Grisham should never been named the WRs coach and I don’t know what’s going on with Austin and his OL. Those two positions (OL and WR) have been painful to watch declining.
