Doing some research, what're all the ways that the state gov (and the coots that run those offices) has constantly kneecapped Clemson from growing academically?

I hardly call an engineering school in a single building to be an engineering school! Clemson engineering rules in the state of South Carolina! And, I am a CU Architect saying that, too!!!

Mandated the Greenville medical school be USC SOM Greenville. Why do they even offer engineering?

in the Greenville medical school and said no.
I’m not sure I buy this since it wouldn’t have been his decision. Plus, the Coots already used Greenville as a site for third and fourth year medical students to do their clinical rotations, so expanding their involvement to a full four year medical campus was a logical extension.
One of Clemson’s biggest mistakes in years past was failing to have medical, dental, and law schools.

Have you ever been to Clemson? There are a record number of applications every year and the improvements and new buildings are impressive and our granddaughter was lucky enough to become a freshman this year. On top of the new buildings on campus is the Vet School that is being built off campus which will be a great thing for our state. Clemson is a great academic and athletic school.

I'm not sure how RH is defining academic growth. I have to agree with VB that the state hasn't exactly slowed us down, other than maybe that ARA food service contract.

Why stop at the state gov, why not add E$eCPN, ABC/Disney, “the woke left”, the Illuminati, George Soros, Bojangles and Rhoback (for corrupting DJU and Cade with NIL money) the lizard people etc to your airing of grievances
It always the nefarious “they” that is out get lil’ ole perfect Clemson I suppose.

We literally had coots grandstanding against the Ag school in the state getting a vet school when we should've had one decades ago. Thats a fact and an overall benefit to the state and was fought tooth and nail against because god forbid Clemson expand academically. But apparently thats some Alex Jonesesk conspiracy to you?
We tried to start a satellite campus in the past and it was immediately shot down. And the USC system was given free reign to expand. That's also a fact.
The coots also take a higher proportion of Out of state students but never get called out on that.
