That guy was in the conversation for most important player on any team last year; and the backup is a complete unknown. That being said this is Florida’s first regular season non-conference road game since 1991!!! So they never leave home to play a road game agains anyone and the first time the do it in 32 years they have to travel 2,200 miles? I’m leaning Utes.

They played a regular season non-conference road game last year @ FSU.

I think the stat is that they haven't played a non conference road game outside the state of Florida since 91

Actually the back up played a good bit last year and if I remember correctly he came in during a big game and played really well. I'm taking the Gators and teased it up to +11 because Rising not playing. Plus I live out West now and have come to know Pac10 football as weak.

to figure this is already one of those near "must win" games for Billy Napier. Steve Spurrier, then Urban Meyer and Tim Tebow have permanently raised the bar on expectations at The University of Swamp.
