Let's say HC, OC, and DC aren't going to change —who is on your chopping block?

All of them. Except Matt Luke. Idc about anyone’s opinion of his coaching (I think he’s a good coach, big improvement over Austin)
We have too much stock in this o line recruiting class to let him go

Agree. All of them. All new experienced coaches would be far better than all of the inexperienced ones we now have.

well I guess he needs a bit more time. Since recruiting picked up w him I was hoping it would transfer more quickly to improved play. It's a bit better but not as much as hoped for

I would keep Ben Boulware as well. He is intense, knows the game, knows how to relate to the players, and seems to be a good judge of recruits. Also, I think Tyler Grisham has recruited well and can be a good coach if they let him.

I wouldn't directly fire anyone but Dabo, and then I'd let the new guy hire/keep whoever he wants.
But given your premise, I'd simply say Dabo can no longer make any decisions about that. Let Riley/Allen hire their own people. I'd like to keep Luke, and I want all the unqualified stupid children fired, but it's up to them.

Spiller (bad recruiting and running back rotation) Riley (not as OC but definitely as QB coach since they aren't getting better) Conn (bad recruiting and an undeveloped position group) Reed (see above) Maybe Eason at DT, but this is his first bad year.

I'd say every human being in the program is subject to reevaluation after the season. I don't care if it's the cleaning crew. If they're not in it to win it, they need to go.

I would keep Riley due to I don't know how much Dabo has held him back. Also is very hard to call an offense when your OL has struggled. Allen stays and Luke Stays. I would let Allen give input to his assistants and same with Riley. If they want to keep any of the current coaches fine, if not good bye to the rest. I would look hard at Florida, LSU assistants being that they are looking now for next season. I would try to learn on hiring experienced coaches with SEC experience.
