Which is more important?

I'm not a 'Thursday game,' guy. I know how special and precious Saturdays in Clemson is to fans. Just bare with me a minute here.

What is more important winning or having a good weekend in Clemson? NCS and GT are two of the teams that have contributed to the phrase 'Pulling a Clemson.' Have you considered what an extra week of practice against these teams will mean or what the impact of beating them on a Thursday primetime ESPiN game will mean?

Anyone considered how much all this will help with recruiting? You know these high school football players won't be out partying on Thursday nights.

I think the schedule is perfect and I thought so when it came out. I don't like spending a Saturday afternoon without Clemson football either but this is the right way to do what we need to do this year.

So, which is more important beating NCS and GT or having a couple of good Saturdays in Clemson this season? Which is more important, being the only game of the day or being at Clemson on those two Saturdays? Which is more important the team or we the fans?

haven't seen but a couple TV games so far this year.

And I get to mow the grass, and tend to some other chores that have been waiting a couple weeks. Plus, no visitors/overnight guests to deal with this weekend.

You folks who don't go to Clemson games are most likely the ones who are bored.

it's a little weird imagining 4 saturdays during the fall without the tigers, but i'm not one of the bored.

I'm all for some Thursday games but you have to remember...NCAA football is no longer the only football game on anymore. NFL has moved to Thursdays this year and that's a big difference than being the ONLY game on.

I like having a couple of Thursday games. Very nice to get the occasional Saturday break during the season. It does make me question going to games like SC State. I've pretty much decided that type of game would be a Saturday better spent at home doing a few things and watching our game plus several others on tv.
