The one spending the offseason worrying about playing UGA, or the fan that can’t wait for it, as it’s our chance to show everyone we are back in the race for a natty?
For me, its always the latter, we get ready for that game and when we win, Clemson will have the chance to be back on the natty radar…
What an opportunity for the program, and i know that Dabo will have them ready….
I can’t wait for that game, counting the days! Go TIGERS!

When I think about us playing the dogs this coming fall, I see our 4th quarter against Duke over and over in my mind and it was a nightmare without being asleep...

for the turnover difference. That’s why we lost. Generally the team with more turnovers loses the game. Especially when it happens inside the 5. It wasn’t Duke coaching dude.

Basket Ball, meh, I do watch and cheer for the tigers, but just not my main cup of tea….. I also really enjoy college baseball though and watching the tigers is just plain fun, even if its basketball

I am not looking forward. Lots to enjoy during the off season such as whom else chooses to leave and if we replace them with transfers, news of how the new coaches are working to improve their position groups, news of how the mid-year enrollees are progressing, what gains have been made by last year's RS players, will our QBs demonstrate improvement in the spring game, etc.

I am always hopeful, until there is no hope left.
Remember the NC State game in 2016 when we were tied at 17 and NC State had a 33 yard FG attempt at the end of regulation to win? I put my head down and said “if there really is something in these hills, now would be a good time to see it”. Then NC State missed the FG and we won in overtime. I know a lot of people that had given up hope at that time. I didn’t and I don’t. So I’m hoping to beat GA to start the season. And yea, I can’t wait till it gets here.

I can't wait. Now, with that said I think it will be a very tough game. But you never know when it comes to these neighborhood knockdowns. Clemson vs Georgia almost always provides for close, hard fought games. Should be fun. GoooooooTigers!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm the fan that is ready to see some softball and quit hearing about $1mil+ NIL deals. Give me student athletes that love Clemson and the sport. Baseball is already corrupted by tampering as noted by Cam and others that transferred.

The fan that realizes UGA often catches us at the right time for them. They beat us in 2014 and 2021. Our CFP run was 2015-2020. They peaked when Bama was far from the teams we had to beat for our Natty’s. They catch FSU (who honestly they would have beat anyway) with the entire starting lineup opting out. UGA is good, no doubt, but lucky as hell.

I try to be realistic. I call it as I perceive it to be. I don’t lie about how I feel so I can get points on here.
Right now, I’m back and forth on whether or not Clemson football is back to the Tommy Bowden level. Also, I hate that the staff refuses to improve the team through the transfer portal at positions of need. Even though I hate it, everyone else it doing it and leaving Clemson behind.
I think it’s stupid and disingenuous to pretend that everything is ok because that’s what a good fan should do.
The state of the program right now being down doesn’t hurt quite as bad as it would because the portal and all the NIL stuff is exhausting to me and is killing my passion.

Tommy Bowden's Clemson teams never went 30-10, with two bowl wins and a conference championship in three consecutive seasons. I'd say the last three years are somewhere in between Bowden and Dabo's best teams.
