You have to remember. Brady is just now tying some of Montanas records. Who knows how many more records Montana could have set if he hadn't had his back broken.

Also, it was bad timing. By the time Montana had gotten healthy enough to play again, Steve young was already turning heads and doing his thing. If Steve young hadn't took his spot, Montana I believe could have won a couple more superbowls. You are correct though, Montana did take Chiefs to the playoffs.

My point is Montana was a better QB. Try to keep up??? Outside of jerry rice, very few people outside of 49er fans can tell you who he over recievers were. Don't say Clark because every Tiger knows who he is. So don't use the argument that he was loaded and Brady wasn't. I'll agree with you that 49ers was loaded on Defense l, but Montana didn't play defense. What's your point?
