MyfavOrange® is @ the Coca Cola 600 and has “little reception” . . . This is posted at his request . . .
I picked up Popeye’s Chicken with sides for “after an afternoon of golf” supper . . . with plenty of Gatorade Zero!!!
What are other TIGERS eating tonight?
Have a “Great to Be a TIGER Week” Er’body!!!

Thanks, Tug. It is Mrs. CBProf's recipe and it is really good.
I have been known to add a touch of hot sauce to it as well.

As Skeeta56® mentioned, MyfavOrange® is at the Coca-Cola 600. But he is passing on his supper menu as well.
Something tells me that as much as MfO and MfO Jr are enjoying the hot dogs and water - it is the Father-Son time that makes it all perfect!

Got my first glut of yellow squash this weekend. I sauteed some in the fry pan with just a little green onion tops. Now, have put it in a small bowl (individual servings) and covered with Roasted Garlic Sauce, topped with Pasrmesean Cheese. Gonna bake it until golden brown.
Fresh Snow Peas sauteed in butter and honey.
In theory, it sounds good. Looks good too!

The best sandwich I've ever eaten. Ribeye steak cut into srtips on lightly toasted San Francisco bread. Topings were light mayo, grilled onions, and homemade slaw. My wife, from Mexico, put a very hot spicy guacamole sauce on hers, but I passed on that. Sides: grapes, mango, corn on the cob, baked potato.
It was so good.

At Ristorante Pantuso in Grand Junction, Colorado. Lasagna, side salad with blue cheese dressing, garlic cheese bread, unsweetened tea (not in the South, my friends), dessert of some kind. Not sure yet.
