Wouldn.t have been as big of a running threat. Probably had more passing yards as Boyd but the running backs would have been relied on for short yardage,

Would he have put up better numbers than Tajh?
Disclaimer: not a put down of Tajh, just wondering what kind of numbers Charlie would put up under Morris

Outstanding ones, especially if he played with an OL like I think ours will be this year, and had the weapons we now and recently have had. It will be even better down the road. Had he not gotten eaten alive by other defensive fronts in many games and had he gotten to run 85+ plays a game, I would bet he would have numbers every bit as good as TB's, and maybe better. JMO

How would Woody fare in this offense? He didn't have a bad OC himself, but to me, Morris is a crafty crafty man.

Woody played in a similar style offense, so Woody would...

be the same in Morris' offense as he was under Rich Rod's offense.

Woody would have been helped more by the talent around him

he would have had over the last couple years than by the offensive scheme. I think Morris has a better system than RichRod, but our offense in 2000 and 2001 was on the cutting edge in college football. RichRod pretty much created the Zone Read play that is so common today.
The talent level of the supporting cast is much more impressive than it was 12-15 years ago. Woody had Gardner and Zachary, but he never anyone close to Sammy, Nuk, Ellington, or Dwayne Allen.
