Has any one of the race baiters just come out and said they want at least 75% of NFL head coaches to be black to match player demographics? Is that what they really want because they believe that is only fair?

Are head coaches like Steve Wilks, fired after a 3-13 year, blaming the white owner or GM for rigging the team to lose so they could fire the coach? Maybe we need an NFL rule that says black HCs should be guaranteed at least five years in the job. Or maybe the NFL needs a black HC caucus where the caucus is the only body that can fire a black HC. All this makes total sense to move forward. If you are against these ideas you are an old-fashioned bigot, racist, and fascist who wants to return to slavery.
