cost and time from work make it impossible to go. We've done 6 home and 2 away games this year, and this one is too far away.

..work, kid sports starting up again that weekend, and other commitments.
Have the game on NYD and folks will make a trip of it, until then ticket sales will suck and the bowls should shut their yap and enjoy the TV $ they make (because of moving the games and spreading out).

is a "cheap skate" story: someone who writes an article of "How I went to the OB on $125", sort of like those articles you see once in a while in the magazines. I'll bet there's someone out there...

I'll be there with my brother and three buddies and your right, i'm not expecting a cheap trip and not planning on going to cheap since i haven't been to south beach before.
got a hotel for $200 night on ocean blvd.
split that up with gas and a $50 ticket and you are bout at $125
