Maybe the biggest feat is attending the programs first EVER bowl game in 1995?
Of course there are so many bowls now that even the Coots can get in with a 6-7 win season.
If South Carolina that they could have the success that Clemson has they would crawl on their bellies through broken glass to get in the ACC

6-7 win seasons? Think lower, much lower.
They have gotten a bowl invite at 2-8. Actually, they are the only team to bowl/invite with 2 wins... twice.
If you told a coot how to have success, they would completely ignore you and proceed with their meth-infused get-rich scheme. Flounder about, have no moral or ethical compass, and blame everyone but themselves. Repeat.

The $50,000,000 a year is well spent on the spelling program-
Coots call spell S E C with the best of them. They do need to branch off and start a better eye clinic - I mean come on Miss. State colors for the banner and a spur less chicken in front of the stadium!

Nothing but it does give them the unearned pride of being in the top conference, being able to chant SEC SEC nonstop and an annual excuse for losing. Every now and again one of them will admit leaving the ACC was a huge mistake. Conversely, South Carolina has done absolutely nothing to enhance the strength of the SEC. They even whine about Vanderbilt who at least has superior academics.
It must be crappy to be a part of that crowd.
