Since the NCAA has chimed in and made it official, How does this play out once Title IX kicks in? Women's athletics is gonna want their cut.

The article posted above says half the payouts must be for women sports. So they are going to make out tremendously on the heels of football players.

Would hope there is a cap ceiling per player(s) per position per University as they all follow the same guidelines. If not then violations given out as strong as restrictions from championship games and playoffs as well as players that received over cap monies restricted from the transfer portal. NCAA needs to get a handle on this or things will get worse.

They are starting the pro-league here and just want to be involved to get a cut. Smart move by the NCAA, horrible move for “college” football.
Now only the rich schools will compete for National Championships.

Let schools pay players and reduce stipends. Put a cap on what any school can pay, and it’s done.
NIL can’t be sustained in its current state.
