is there another fanbase that is more delusional than the coots? In talking with a coot buddy I learned that we have a DC reject in venables, we dont recruit good OL,we dont have the type of qaulity defensive players they do, and that they are an elite team on the same level as lsu and bama. Is there really something in the water down there that has these coots brainwashed? Its really pathetic

not so delusional as it is spin..ie..venables d numbers slipped his last year w/ the sooners. he.could be "damaged goods"..we'll see.. down the line.. coot speculation . the .bama/lsu comparo..totally delusional;.. U$UCk had better d-players/d performance than c. u last year..absolutely correct.. ##### had a superior 0-line last year ...duh ? of course they did. the tigers most glaring deficiencies aren't a secret held by coots alone. good new for c. u. s the top 3 tiger net articles are about the 3 most important things that MUST BE PERFECTED.. #1 - no taj lapses..#2 - D. & .# 3 - O- LINE....coot fb observations are ez pickin's at times & if not ..they just make it up as they go along..it's a columbia / state paper mentality kinda thing.

Well OU may have had a down year but Venables has a great track record...hes been a DC more than just one year...They were also very good last year at points allowed which is really the only stat that truly matters. Their OL was better no doubt,but we have recruited better than people think...theres some perception out there because we played bad last yr upfront that we dont have anybody which isnt true. Defensively I think last year was a combination of poor scheme and youth and depth...which now we have that fixed but for the most part still not as deep as we would like to be at cb or de but not many teams outside of bama and lsu have great depth at all spots and the coots most certainly dont...their depth at DL isnt good either or at lb but the truth isnt something thats big with the coots

Dude it's from years of inbreeding ,most of the coot fan base can't help it they are not right in the head.I just let them have their fun because they know that starting this season it will be another 50 years before they have anything to brag about.
