And every Brownell has a built in excuse. It’s telling to me that no other teams have even tried to hire him from us. He needs to go back to coach in a mid major conference.What do we have to lose by trying another coach? I can’t watch or support him anymore.

left a year early 3. The covid thing really threw us off like it would any team 4. He hasn't had enough time 4. He's the winningest coach in Clemson history 5. He got us to the sweet 16 that one year 6. He's a great guy 7. He's a basketball savant and we couldn't get anybody better ... blah blah blah blah blah blah blah ...
Meanwhile, our basketball program continues to suck green donkey ##### while the excuses pile up and the staggering denial grows.

get to the NCAA tournament every other year in 11 years as coach, it just isn't going to happen. I hate to say it, but Clemson BB is like USCjr FB - beat some lower division teams and a few of the bad teams in your conference, but finish below .500 and miss out on a bowl. I really think Wofford or Furman could play as well as we have the past three weeks. Depressing.
