was a calculated move. This sends a clear signal to CBB that NCAA tournament appearances are not enough anymore, he expects more. I hope that the message is received and this move helps propel us to a deep run in both the ACC and NCAA tournaments.

The only deep run it will cause BB to do is to make a run to the bank to make sure his paycheck for the month was deposited.

have been hard at work constructing a papier-mache statue in JK's basement. They'd already been finished but they're having a hard time generating enough saliva to hold it together.

I’m not sure Mountaimeer is as “special” as Big Dog. That guy lives in his own world.

I think the WRONG basketball coach was fired. Isn’t the going rate 14 seasons of mediocrity at bare minimum for thoughts of termination.

One thing you can take to the bank, brownell will be our coach next year. Does not matter what he does.
The SBNation (usually really close to seeds) has us as Midwest going against grand canyon 6 and 11 seed. That's about as much a gimme W as we could get. We wouldn't even need to shoot a 3ball.

Seems like he's trying to convince NBA scouts he CAN hit 3s, and his coach doesn't bother to try to correct him when he's jacking them up going 2-10.

The best way to motivate an employee to work harder
7
7

is to erroneously inform all of their coworkers that they are dealing with a family tragedy and to give them some space. People will begin to act reticent around said slacker, causing them to become paranoid about their status, as if everyone knows they are being let go. If they use this as an opportunity to put in the extra work, then I inform their coworkers that it was a false alarm, otherwise, I tell them that said employee's youngest child ran away from home and would be best to ignore them altogether until they have had time to grieve. At this point, I will have a pretty good feeling on whether or not I will need to let this person go, based on how they dealt with adversity.

CBB's unparalled and historical success as our men's basketball coach means he was not a factor in this decision.

By clinching an NCAA bid with our win over Pitt a few weeks back, and our questionable level of play since, one could legitimately be concerned that Brad was already cashing his checks for next year rather than continuing to put the effort in like his job was on the line. Now much more confident about winning our first ACCT game Wednesday night.
Go Tigers! Go Neff!

I thought a coaches job is always on the line. However, in Brads case, it is only when being replaced does the team play better going by wins. Something just isn’t right with his coaching. Not sure what it is, but it seems we lost several games we should have won this year. Usually the better team wins, but that doesn’t seem to be the case in some of our games.

Only team in D1 that lost a few that we should have won. Cut him loose Neff! Damon Stoudamire should be available now. "Anybody" is better than CBB right?
