Sausage balls made with bisquick. Secret family recipe, but sometimes they print it on the box.

Love smoking a butt over night. Pull it before leaving for Clemson. Wrap it in foil and 2 towels. Stick it in a cooler to keep it hot. And shred it after the tailgate is set up. It will finish cooking in the foil and stay hot for 6 plus hours.

I would think probably sushi with chopsticks for an app, followed by a big bowl of spaghetti, than an ice cream cone on a 94 degree day. Washed down with some Thunderbird.

Henry's smokehouse is on our way to Clemson. It would be a shame to just drive by when they do everything so well!

Cliche. I know! But, that's what I have and would have, If I could have nothing else.
If we have time; we also have the chili going to put on the dogs.
If the kids are with us; I bring chicken tenders and grill them. BBQ sauce for those.
Not much of a alcoholic drinker; so plenty of water and Dr. Pepper and whatever the R.O.T(rest of them) want!

We try mix it up. Depends on game time as well. Early games we keep it simple, burgers, dogs, brats. Late games we usually do two meals, breakfast and dinner. Grit casserole, or bojangles, We've done fajitas, chili, steaks, and plan to do a low country boil this season

This is rather simple and requires no prep, but Bojangles chicken supremes with honey mustard or BBQ dipping sauce and biscuits. Strawberry jam or honey for the biscuits.

So many. But the “go to” for early games is BLTs and Bloody Mary’s.
