I truly believe if Dabo uses the portal more this offseason, still his was as far as making sure they fit the Clemson culture, he could potentially get us on the right track especially with who all is gone after this season

You really believe that Vandy has out-recruited Clemson for the last three years? If you compared the aggregate star value of the current players, Vandy would have the higher value??
I doubt that. This is about coaching and culture. Vandy is HUNGRY; Clemson is NOT. Vandy’s staff is getting more out of the talent they have; Dabo and Co. are squandering talent.
That is my opinion. If you disagree then list evidence to the contrary.

but they have better players at almost every position. Isaac Brown is way better than any RB we have on the roster, Chris Bell is better than all of our WRs, Miller Moss has been at least as good as Cade, they've been better on both LOS despite the ratings of our DL, and they are way better at LB and DB.
I guess its evaluation and development.

The answer is the freaking portal and NIL. Using those tools to get better players in certain positions is crucial to being competitive. Not sure why so many people are still oblivious to this.

There is a lot of money in Nashville now. They have seen a lot of business migration from California and the northeast. That is driving NIL money up. Also great coaching.

It makes me sick. And it makes me pretty irritated with Dabo. Actually, I find Dabo from this decade to be very off putting.
Inject 2009 to 2020 Dabo directly into my veins. He was 1A and 1B with Saban.
I’m sure some will hate this, but I want Clemson back. I don’t care about anything besides winning. I don’t need to hear about religion, the past, graduation rates, how no one from the portal can start at Clemson, none of it. I want to get back to where we were. Period.
