Miami played great simple as that. The only question I have at the end was this : Why was Sims at half court when Honor took the last shot ? He is the biggest body we have to be underneath with a chance at a put back basket. Tyson was the only guy down there and was overmatched. All should have crashed the boards at that point especially Sims.

Yes, Miami played great BUT once again Clemson seasons hangs in the balance. I said it a few minutes ago, if Clemson goes one and done in the Big Dance, then a change is needed, and the sooner the better.

Agreed. The outcome today is not shocking if you understand the illustrious history of Clemson basketball. We make the dance once every four years on average in the modern era. Brownlee is maintaining that mark. The other 75% of the time we either don’t make any postseason or get to hang another Apple banner participation trophy in The John. With some luck I hope that we can win at least one game in the dance this year. That is a rare event!

Regardless of the displeasure of most of you fans, Coach Brownell isn’t going anywhere so there is NO need to start that nonsense. If you can’t accept that quit watching the games. Every TV set ever made has an OFF switch.

This is supposed to be a Sweet 16 team, it should not matter that Miami played a great game. If this is truly one of the best 16 teams in the country then you MUST win big games.

We have been way overrated all year. Can only play at home. Another Brownell set up to only be disappointed. That loss was embarrassing to a team with 9 wins as a five seed. I don't see a victory next week either.

Real question is why did they pick Honor to take the last shot? He was for 2 for 7 before that shot. Simms 7/13, Trapp 4/5, Tyson 5/8. I guess the strategy is to let the coldest shooter take the shot.
