picked up in 1986 going into Sanford Stadium in Athens.I kept it because of our win--it kinda shows the general feeling of Dawg fans for Tigers at the time. Pretty funny. We won that day 31-28!

GO TIGERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you ever witnessed an August practice during Coach Howard's long tenure when the heat and humidity made it difficult to even breathe, you'd frequently have been treated to his "opinion" about poor effort or unnecessary mistakes.....and there was no one, NO ONE exempt from his attention if you screwed up---not players, not managers, not asst trainers---I saw him yell at Herman a couple of times (which, honestly, at the time I didn't think much of---there was not a kid in Clemson of any race who Herman had not befriended----Herman and Lucia McGee were two of the best people I've ever met)

Some the new players--particularly ones from Pa or NJ--may have had a bit of difficulty translating through that Alabama accent, but the meaning was NEVER in doubt.
