I saw one thread where people said a private Norwegian company refused to service a US Navy vessel. The article you linked confirmed that happened. I know you’re desperate for a win but I am missing what position this article refuted here?

The article says "Norway" will continue resupplying US vessels. It doesn't say anywhere that the owner of Haltbakk Bunkers has changed his mind, or that the Norwegian government will force him to.
The company’s CEO, Gunnar Gran, confirmed to the Norwegian newspaper VG that he had decided not to supply the U.S. military, according to the Reuters report, though the company also acknowledged that the move would only have a "symbolic" impact, since Haltbakk Bunkers does not have a fixed contract with the U.S. government.
