Tbh I'd take him if he wanted to come. He's proven to have pretty good vision. If nothing else it could make our qb room stronger with a 5th yr Sr on roster. Go Tigers!!!

We had at least one in the QB room already this year AND he was an incoming transfer portal player, to boot. (Who says Dabo doesn't use the portal?)

Clemson has dipped into the transfer portal, adding a quarterback to the roster.

The Clemson football program announced Wednesday that former Alabama and Arizona State quarterback Paul Tyson would join the team on national signing day. A former four-star recruit, Tyson spent the 2021 season backing up Heisman-winning quarterback Bryce Young before heading to Arizona State to continue his career.

Now with the Tigers, Tyson will likely slot into one of the backup roles behind Cade Klubnik though it is too early to tell where he will be specifically on the depth chart. Tyson is the great-grandson of one of the greatest coaches of all time, Paul W. “Bear” Bryant.

His situation is similar to Hunter Johnson's in 2022. He wants to get into coaching, and his role was similar to a Grad Assistant in the QB room this season.

I would imagine someone in Miami would make the same comment if Cade hit the portal. Neither looked like a competent ACC QB this year but i do believe Van Dyke was at least injured some
