Trying hard to look for silver linings from yesterday

We won. That’s it, the most important thing, period. I remember reading numerous posters pre season, asking the question”how will an opposing defense stop us?” Cut of the pass, we’ve got the run. Cut off the run and we’ve got the pass. I believe that is still the case. Yesterday was a great, emotional effort by UNC, they gave us their absolute best shot. We on the other hand, played terribly, just being honest, not critical. And we did what winners do, we survived and advanced. I love Trevor and Travis and I can’t even imagine the pressure these young men are under. Heck, I get nervous on the Tee box while playing golf. Even the other three of my foursome makes me quake in my golf shoes. I will not pretend to critique the efforts by our offense and defensive staff/players. What will happen the rest of the season? I’m not certain but I believe with every ounce of orange blood running through my veins this team will show the CFB world yet again, we are Kings! Go Tigers!

I’m retired so I go to the cheapest public course and just have some me time.

The silver lining is we have one crappy game every season and this was it. I expect the offense to come out swinging after the bye.

Punting was good. Kick returns were good. Kickoffs were good.
What about injuries - how is Muse?

I was wondering the same ting. Some folks disparage Tanner but he’s definitely an asset on the field and in the locker room.

We are the worst 20 win in a row team out there.
