Swap the Names with Auburn and Clemson. The latest BCS projections seem to say Auburn will keep their lead over Clemson this week.
If Clemson lost to a 3 loss Texas A&M team and Auburn lost to a #2 ranked and undefeated LSU team would Auburn be behind Clemson in the BCS?
or
If LSU’s only loss was to a #2 ranked and undefeated Alabama people would be all over them as the second best in America.
That's all I'm saying- I don't have a problem being behind Alabama, FSU, and Ohio State, but being behind Auburn bugs me.

while i agree with you in principle, auburn didn't lose 51-7 (not counting last td) on their home field in front of the whole nation. give anything for a redo, because i honestly feel like if it were even competitive things would be different

took that loss from an undefeated team. That's as good as you can do with a loss in my opinion whether it's by 1 or 100.

I agree with you, we are the 1 loss team with the "best loss". Just too many eyes on that debacle. plus the acc going to hell again, and uga getting hurt. a 10-1 miami & uga team certainly would help

I hope the team is focused too and not looking at what-ifs. I do not want to look at polls now. Winning takes care of it all.

believing they give Clemson little respect.
Yet, these same voters have consistently been willing to rank us on up there, save for our loss(es.) At the moment the "glitz" of Auburn's turn-around season has caught the fancy of many voters. Another stumble...and BOOM, down they'll go in the polls.
Likewise, I believe the voters are looking for an excuse to deflate Ohio State's sails; therefore, a loss by them will sink their ship. What I think the voters want to see is a shoot-out between Bama and FSU, mainly because of Winston's performances thus far.
Only problem there will be the imbroglio FSU has found itself in over the Winstongate mess. My attitude is to concentrate on our upcoming game with the Chickens, for I do not want another "peat" added to their number four.
