It's the place he rents. Across the street from Lake Hartwell. Actually a metal warehouse with basketball court inside and nice living quarters built in.

I do not know if Trevor has a house in the area, but the house he and his group were in last night belongs to a friend of mine (old geezer in the black Jags shirt in the kitchen on the video).
