Bad officiating at the end of the game. Should have waved off the basket as the shot clock didnt start. And a clear over the back on the put back!

The basket was good, despite the obvious foul not called as the Iowa guy threw Schieffelin to the floor to get the rebound.
The shot clock does not have 10ths of second displayed, so the shot clock could have anywhere from 3.0 to 3.9 seconds on it. The game clock does have 10ths displayed. So if we assume the worst case (for Iowa) that the shot clock was at 3.0 seconds and not 3.9, we can watch the game clock instead. The game clock was at 40.1, so as long as the shot goes up by 37.1 it was good. The game clock properly started the instant the ball was touched after the inbounding pass, and the shot left his hand at 37.4 or 37.3. It was clearly in the air at 37.1.
It was good, it should not have taken an hour to figure it out. And the officials never should have gone over to the TV announcers to explain it, further delaying the proceedings.
Sadly it took all possible momentum the Tigers had going.

it just happens way way too much...get behind by a lot,make a really good comeback but end up with a close loss when it is all said and done

Beatle and Hemenway were a combined one for nine beyond the arc. Beatle is zero for the season. Thought he looked solid getting to the lane for short shots. He needs to focus on that aspect and not 3 point attempts. This team will have to shoot very well to be successful considering the lack of effective rebounding thus far.

One’s gonna be the year he fixes everything finally figures it out and wins the ACC and to the Final Four, I tell you! Year 36 is gonna be the year Brownlee turns the program around into a perennial basketball power.
Sheesh. At least there’s hope for baseball in the spring to turn things around, since we’ve at least realized the common working definition of insanity in some of our underperforming programs.

Clemson nen and women's team needs a coach that can recruit and recruit and recruit can't win without talent and a star player no go to player at all.You can get a good assistant to be your x n os guy.
