What jersey number will he wear? His old #18 is already being worn by 2 players this season. One on offense and on defense. Schieffelin is wearing #18 on offense. Will they give Helms a new number or give him his old number back and give Schieffelin a new number?

Good for him, I always liked him and thought he would come through for us if needed. Though I don’t like TD TO INT ratio, Now he has more game experience. Welcome back Hunter!

Nope when they want to leave as is their right then I'm done with them. This coming back stuff is wrong. There of dozens of kids who would have come and stayed. I always liked HUnter and felt his move was a good one for him. I don't see any reason for a do over

My question is why did not stay and of all the places to transfer to he went to Rhode Island now that is a head scratcher. That being said he was a decent QB and had some skills. Good luck on getting that Masters degree.

I feel the same bc, once a player quits on his team and his teammates, I'm done with them as being a fan. I also agree that there is many that would love to have a spot on our Tiger team that has never jumped ship. IMO, if he wanted to play another year of college FB, he should have went somewhere else other than Clemson and I don't care if he was considered to be a high 5-star guy!!!

True, but he just wanted to play and he never would have started at Clemson. I love that he loves the school. I’ve only been on your campus a few times and I love it. If I was 17 today, I would have picked Clemson over Texas just because of liberals.
