This game was nit a good look for our Tigers especially the pitching. It is irritating that they’re ruled us.

It irks me to no ends when I hear someone use disgusting words like Garbage or Trash to describe anything about Clemson or Clemson sports especially while claiming to be a fan.
Clemson football come into my life on November 24th, 1962, and that was 3 days before my 10th birthday in 1962... Honestly, My Mom, My Dad, and My two Brothers and three Sisters are people that I've loved dearly my entire life as far back as my memory goes that began November 27th, 1952.
23 and 24 years after I was born, my two daughters were born into my life, IMO I don't think that a man or a woman could ever have a love that goes as deep in the heart as the human lives they had everything to do with their lives being brought in the world.
My first love was for my mom and my dad, my next love was for my brothers and sisters, and my deepest love was for my two beautiful daughters.
The love of my family is a deeper, purer love than anything else that I've ever allowed to that depth of my heart, and it's second to none to anything, but I do have a love for Clemson/Clemson sports, and I feel that it's personal when I hear someone using words like garbage and trash to describe anything Clemson or the score after a Clemson sporting event. They had a terrible series and that's it. Better days are ahead for Clemson baseball, but there will be some more bad days, and I personally don't see or believe that playing like Garbage or Trash is a good way to describe the team that you're supposed to be a loyal fan to, it doesn't to me, or maybe I have deeper feeling for Clemson and Clemson sports than some do!!!

Didn't see that coming for sure. Burns was strong for 7 on Friday but we didn't hit the ball off the next two pitchers who were not that good (including the feak show that throws the 58 foot palm ball or whatever that was and then twerks around like a rooster when we swing at his crap). Really expecting them to win today...oh well get some rest and tune up for the Coastal and BCand the tourney. Need to start hitting against good pitching, we didn't seem to have a purpose at the plate for much of the weekend.

Sadly I wish that was all it was. Wake has a weaker batting average than we do. But their hitters knew exactly what pitch we were going to throw. We will continue to struggle with any pitcher that's smart and has command of their breaking stuff. We'll most likely drop out of a national seed but it will depend on what 2 seed we get whether or not we can make a super.

The pitching is something that I'm sure coach Bakich will have to fix through recruiting or the portal. All that a top pitcher needs to see is that we're 1 or 2 top pitchers away from winning a college world series, and Clemson looks like the perfect place to accomplish that and would want to come and help us out!!!
I seriously believe that a couple of really good arms is all that Bakich needs to finish out a world series winning team. It's only been two years, and at Clemson he will have the opportunity to put a world series team together. It won't be this season, but it's closer than it was under Monty Lee...

As usual Clemgalalways® I think your right with that observation, and I wasn't even thinking about those two guys. But with those two arms right now in this part of the season we wouldn't be talking about what if, we would probably be guessing about who we would be facing in the NCAA college world series... Plus, most of the games that we lost bc of our bullpen relief would have been Ws...

Promise at the end of last year. ACC tourney suggested more. Promise at the beginning of this year and was sustained be great offense. Now both hitting and pitching is not there, certainly for a top 10 team. Why? Injuries or something else. All good coaches try to get their team ready for the post season. Hope to see improvement in the Tigers this next two weeks or this is just one more promising year gone bust.

That is the way that it is when you have the best of the best players from all over the world really joining a team with the purpose of winning a championship. I do believe that Bakich has the coaching skills and the experience to get it done at Clemson...

We've got a solid team, but every great team needs to get kicked in the teeth before ascending to greatness. I'm hopeful here that this team can learn from this absolute a$$-kicking and wake up tomorrow ready to go be great.

Our bullpen wasn't up to surprising anyone after letting the team down almost all season. Without the bats that we've had throughout this season, our record would be really nauseous and sad to look at, but, I do believe that coach Bakich will get it fixed and have a complete team with hurlers, hitters, and fielders within the same season!!!
