Well said. Thanks @skeeta56 and thanks to Tnet as well. These ladies deserve all the recognition get. It's fun and it's growing.

I do have to say I feel bad for Kirby. She didn't deserve to lose that way. They're a good team and she's the real deal. Pitched a whale of a game.

Obviously, we all know what Cagle is made of. Got a feeling our ladies may open up a can tomorrow night. They're overdue.

Liberty is a very fundamentally sound softball team they just don’t have the “jimmys and joes” errr “Jeanies and Joans”. They played error free ball until the last inning and the errors proved very costly. They have some serious bunting skills and laid down some of the best bunts I’ve even seen. Interestingly their head coach is Dot Richardson MD, 2 time Olympic gold medalist and softball hall of farmer - oh she also happens to be a orthopedic surgeon.

The Tigers haven’t been a great hitting team thus far this year but have managed to get a hit in the critical situations.

Agree, we need to get our bats going. Would like to see this team bunt like liberty did. We've got some speedsters that could catch the defense out of position. Russ has tried a few times. But we could use more consistency down the line-up. Valerie is in a funk. Her obp is down. She'll get on a streak soon.
