That's what I was thinking, it would seem that fully Guaranteed means just that, fully Guaranteed. Pay the man bc the Raiders was the ones that agreed to such a stupid guaranteed contract, and if they refuse to pay Wilkins, that says that NFL contracts are worthless on both sides bc not even our Military can force a soldier to have an unwanted surgery...
