Re: TNET: Tigers and Davidson looking to take advantage of postseason opportunity

Pretty sure we are not expected to be a legitimate threat and that is why our bracket is so manageable versus the setup the previous 3 years. Onward to Omaha!
Reminds me of the old joke about a General Store in the mountains using an older Native American as a greeter. He was dressed in a Chieftain's outfit, and he greeted each customer with the routine raised hand and the salutation, "How!"
But when this one young brunette would pass, he'd raise his hand and say, "Chance!" After her third passing, and his third "Chance!", she asked, "Aren't you suppose to say, 'How!'???" To which the old Chieftain said, "Me know How . . . me want Chance!"
Ok . . . Old and corny . . . but you get my drift . . . Our Tigers know "How" . . . we just wanted a "Chance"!!!
Well??? We got it!!! Now, let's make the most of it!!!
Every "At Bat" is crucial . . . Every "Pitch" has a meaning . . . Focus and show us How, now that you've got this chance!!!
