Not so long ago, being the best team money could buy was an NCAA violation and assumed probation. Today, it’s a source of pride. What a sorry turn for “STUDENT athletes.”

during the Pre and Early NIL era. It was great to see a diversification in the sports portfolio into programs with very little to zero ROI

I know they are different sports but building and sustaining a team as mention in this podcast would be nice for hoops to get to if possible like how football is. Rebuilding rosters each year is not the way to go for sustained success event though Brad has done well the last few years

All this even more interesting. Maybe even make the playing field more level.

EXPENSIVE, what is expensive? I heard that this year’s Texas team is costing between $30-50 million dollars!! First, that’s a huge discrepancy. I can’t believe it can’t be narrowed down more than that. Whatever the number is, something needs to be done to even out the playing field more. GO TIGERS, BEAT LSU!!!

Should be implemented in collegiate sports to prevent tampering and dissuade players from jack rabbiting to another team.
