Dead on with Shipley and Williams. Won't fuss about KJ, but I'd make a case for Trotter. I'm not sure that's he's improved as much as he's gotten more playing time to show what he can do, but he's a real star and probably a future first rounder.

Technically you're right with DJ, but when you start with a low floor, "most improved" is an easy award.

By default, Pride is going to be defensive ROY so far, but he's seen his share of struggles. I don't like it that he's set up with the parallel recognition as Williams when Williams has been that much brighter.

I'm ok with KJ, but I'd also suggest that Ruke is definitely an honorable mention at the very least. Dude has played his backside off this season and quite frankly picked up the slack when a lot of the more heralded guys were out or injured.

KJ's jump in PFF evaluation from fairly mediocre to the highest on the entire team is crazy. I also considered Barrett Carter and Trenton Simpson but they didn't have great games against FSU and then Carter was out vs. Syracuse so KJ took the defensive MVP.

Antonio Williams and Blake Miller have been the most impactful freshman, but Pride stepped up in key moments for the defense too.

Tight end ROOM. Each one making the other better.

It's been awhile since we've seen this much production from the TEs and I'm diggin' it!

Go Tigers AND stay well Clemson Nation!
