I predicted this after our 3rd loss. It's not money. We have money. It's coaching. We have the F&F coaching room and they cannot develop players or make in game changes. No up and coming FB player wants to be on a losing team with no plan in the works on turning it around and coaches who can't coach themselves out of a wet paper bag.
Neff needs to be fired tomorrow for allowing this train wreck. If tigernet fans saw this coming months ago and some saw it years ago, he needs to be fired.

Well, recruiting is going towards a fail worse than 2024. The program is a shell of its 2018 epic high point. How does Dabo sell this to recruits? Losing and no money to spend equal losing prospects and existing players! Wait until current players leave or transfer.

Is it no money, or an unwillingness to spend?

Why spend on an unproven..... with money we really don't have. He is better off getting a separate NIL deal with some truck dealership in the upstate.... because nobody knows him enough to give him NFL type of money. Ohio State and Penn State..... are loaded with money that they can create their own island.

Mixing the transfer portal (linemen already developed) with recruits (needing to be developed) is now the way it’s done.

Remember a guy named Bobby Bowden - he won a LOT of games too, until he didn't....nothing stays the same. You are either getting better or you are getting worse. The fact that we are getting worse is an established pattern and the worst kept secret in college football. This is not about not supporting them or loving my Tigers, it is a simply fact and its not as simple as MONEY - it is about how you spend it and who you spend it on. Kids want to WIN and they want the best coaches that will get them there and we have to provide that if we are going to be competitive again. And by the way, that does not mean going undefeated year in and year out - those days are gone with NIL and the Portal! However, you can be competitive with a couple of losses, playing for conference championships and such and hiring good coaches. Along with recruits departing don't think our best coaches who have opportunities to move into these situations won't continue to do so too! I think recruits can live with a team losing but what they can't live with is the notion that nothing is being done about it. We need to change that now! I don't like mid-season changes but if we don't beat Duke then a statement needs to be made that we will not accept this level of play and are actually willing to do something about it! I'm not sure "Best WAS the standard" is that great of a motto!

Eh, not sure I buy that - ok maybe it will be tougher to get a 15 or 16 and 0 team out there, but for the most part, its the usual playoff era suspects that are all still in the mix....well, except for us that is. Uga, Bama, OSU, Oregon are all still right there at the top. Sprinkle in a few more SEC teams and a couple interlopers that youll get each year and the only team missing is.....Clemson.

4 Weeks Ago I Said (Pre DeCommits ) That Coming Out Of 1st Bye...Dabo Should Have Demonstrated A Commitment To The Future By Redoing The Lines Of Scrimmage and Backfield (aka Gideon Davidson) To Play Guys Who Will Hopefully Be Around Next Season... But He Didn't🤔 So Now We Have Lost (3) Who Shoulda Been On Campus In 60 Days🤔 And Now There's Major Uncertainty Regarding Current Roster Who Will Leave Or Stay...🤔 Dabo's Out Right Refusal To Adapt🤔 May Be His Undoing🤔 The Very Best Outcome IS 7-5 Cuz Ain't No Way This Team Runs The Table My Prediction IS 6-6...And A Total Rebuild In 2026...That's Reality...So Let's Start NOW!!! Building For 2026-27🌞🌞🌞

We will also lose current players to the transfer portal. Neff has nothing to do with this. This is entirely on our current ugliness on the football field. We are still making the same mistakes, calling the same plays, and being outcoached every game.

Dabo got complacent, let himself drink the Dabo "koolaid", and just lost the chip on the shoulder. No one is bigger than the progression of the sport. Idc how much the sport changes for better or for worse... NIL exposed Dabo, Friends and Family team & coaching spots insured the sinking of the ship. And unfortunately the way he still talks & comes off in interactions with media says that the lesson is still yet to be learned.

Love what Matt Luke is doing with OL Recruiting
Oct 30, 2025, 4:00 PM

The players coming in for the 2026 class look like a big upgrade to status quo. When you look at the current OL players, there should be a much closer path to the starting line-up at Clemson vs. Ohio State, UGA, Bama and some others for those wanting to play early.
Maybe Luke and Swinney can find away to make that pitch work for the right recruits for Clemson. Optimistically, based on 2026 recruits, Luke is doing this already.

Is anyone shocked? I’m talking about being a REAL “All In” fan. There are tons of fans out there who say you’re not a true fan if you complain about how the team is playing and are only on board as a fan when the team wins. Well, that’s simply not true. Being able to cheer when there is a win is magical, but being a fan who takes a long and hard look at how the team has fared since, honestly, Trevor and the Power Rangers graduated, have clearly seen a decline in the reality that is currently Clemson and recognize it for what it is. They are your true fans. You have to see the grotty side if you want to experience the glory. Clemson has lost their edge, their spark, and it’s so sad to see. We have talented kids playing, but it looks like the Marx Brothers are in coaching roles and no one knows what the #### is going on. I feel in my soul that some of this can be attributed to staff Dabo hired who are just not cutting it. They need to go and be gone from the Tiger Den. The other part of the drama is Dabo. One week he’s “firmly” in charge, and the next he’s pissy and talking about taking HIS titles and going. I’m not saying Dabo hasn’t been an amazing coach for Clemson, he absolutely has, but giving players chance after chance for improvement and then seeing…NONE is not helping anyone. Maybe Dabo sat back on his laurels too much, or maybe Clemson and Dabo are like a marriage on the rocks where they want to stay together, but that ship has sailed and they should part as friends and move on with their lives. I don’t know what the right answer is, but when recruiting starts declining and anyone in the stands could run the ball better, it’s time to consider the ugly truth.
