Ticket issues downloading to phone wallet?

Anyone else having issues downloading the lsu tix to your phone? I can see them but only option is to transfer, sell or donate. I waited on hold for 30 minutes & ticket office just said it must be my phone or OS (Samsung S24+ and OS was updated last week)...they were as helpful as a football bat.

you figure it out? If not:

1. IOS or Android phone?
2. Put up a screenshot where you're stuck at the end, let's see if we can help...

I waited and now the message says to download to phone wallet but still no option to do it. Message this morning said to log in (even though i was logged in). Checked Android OS & it is most current version (not sure how to force it to reinstall).
I can see the individual bar codes but no ability to download into digital wallet. Should I "transfer" them to myself? I'll give it another day but don't want to be scrambling with bandwidth @ 7pm Sat with 69k others...TIA

I had that issue one time and was able to fix it by updating my OS. I'm on apple though. But go ahead and update your OS again, even if it's only been a week. It's worth a shot.
