Jarrell is killing us. He has to stop leaving home plate to get the baseball. Then he applied a high tag there so he’s gonna be safe

Just his technique it's what's costing us...always take the ball to the plate and never chase the runner. He got lucky there because that dude was safe.

When was the last time we had an ELITE level catcher? I remember Cassanova being a good hitter, but I don't remember much about his defense. If I was a coach I would rather have an elite defensive/field general catcher. Anything you can bring me at the plate is an added bonus.

Gardner is a good pitcher if you have a solid confident defense. Gardner is a nightmare pitcher if you don't.
