This won’t be a popular post, but I’m tired of hearing about all of our talent.

It doesn’t seem to be nearly good enough the last couple of years when we play other talented teams.
LSU two years ago, Ohio State last year, and Georgia this year. We don’t seem elite in any way.
Either the recruiting services are way off, or we have major issues developing talent and/or scheming.
Something is wrong, and I’m not just basing it on this game tonight. It’s a trend and it’s concerning.

We can't run the ball. It's really that simple. Issues on the O line continue.

OL is consistently the weakest link. It’s either the players your recruiting or coaching after they’re on campus. Either way it’s on your coaching staff.

The talent is there for sure - I mean our defense is doing their job.
Offensively we've got the funk stuff that needs working out.
DJ5 being caught in the headlights was a little unexpected but I think tonight we're just running into opening day funks.
Let's hope the game trend we've seen doesn't keep up

Nah…talent is elite. Offensive coaching is stagnant.

Since the 2018 season that is correct in regards to offense. Specifically WR. Ross is our last Elite WR and he’s coming off a bad injury so he’s probably shaking off rust. But I’m not see another elite WR on this team. OLine is still bad. Every bit as bad as last season. I fully expected DJ to have only just a little drop off from TL. Defense is still elite.

DJ has got to spread the ball around its like until late 2nd quarter there was only one wr on the field and that was Ross.

Offensive line development is lacking. Scheming and Game Planning has been off as well.
This is I understand this the first game and you don't want to show everything....but there are a thousand plays that Georgia is not ready for that they can still call. All the plays thats been drawn up over the years can be run tonight as well for the next 3 weeks. Heck...a play or two on offense they ran when Tahj Boyd was here could still work.

Dabo is too stubborn to make changes. Since we beat up on overmatched crappy ACC teams he thinks there are no issues. He uses the stats from those games and thinks there’s no problems.
Kirk hit the nail on the head earlier, our o line sucks and it’s not because teams stacked the box to stop ETN last year. Development is crap with Caldwell and it always has been. If Dabo doesn’t make changes next year we will slip back into mediocrity.

2019: we lost a ton of players to the NFL, graduation, transfers, and injuries, especially on defense. On offense we had a weak OL. Trevor Lawrence played the worst game of his life, really the only bad game he played at Clemson, against LSU in the championship. That LSU team is arguably the best College football team ever. And they had a ton of transfers. But they sucked last year. They just had a great year! At least we were in the championship game.
2020: The OL just flat out sucked last year! Defense was getting better but not as good as 2018 or this year. We moved the ball against Ohio State at will when we through it. But they got stubborn at times trying to run the ball. That put us in a hole. And the defense just had a terrible ball game. No Skalski and no Turner due to targeting and they are the two guys that direct our defense on the field. And Ohio State was snapping the ball very quickly and exploited the way we have played defense. Play after play after play our guys were getting caught looking at the sideline or out of position and with Skalski and Turner out we just couldn’t make the adjustments.
This year the defense is great. The problem is our OL just flat out sucks, again! I think we have some talent, but we clearly need a new OL coach. And let’s be honest, DJ is not playing as expected!

And our offensive “scheme” has become more and more predictable every year..
