--- so I am putting a post as to it here until the Mods do the right thing and move it. Mods are doing an excellent job at that (THANKS).
I believe folks here who saw other poast should also see my thinking (as all here are surely waiting with baited breath).
Tigerbalm1 and I disagree on many things as to politics. I probably also disagree with all here on many, many things.
He and I often have trouble even believing each other could be so stupid, ignorant, etc.
I am what most here would label an extreme right wing nut as I am a 60 year fan of Ayn Rand style Capitalism.
Balm is a good guy. He has a high IQ. Like many others here, he is set off by poasts as to politics that are different from his own.
Unlike most of us here, he will/does poast as to it. I could care less as to what yall think as to my political thinking, so rarely poast as to it.
Politics aside, Tigerbalm and I agree on most things. I like the guy, he is one of my favorite poasters.
I am a fan.

A person that thinks the assassination of an individual is justified just because someone doesn't agree with their beliefs and ideas is not a "good guy".

I should have been more salient,
I am in no way happy about his death. I destst all forms of violence, find this situation tragic. I'd much prefer he were still here with us, but the point of what I said was that, and this is just my personal opinion, I believe that he was a bad-faith actor who made millions sowing discord. I chose my words carefully, I never advocated for his death and take no glee in it. I simply said he reaped what he sowed. Unfortunately, political violence is escalating, amd again my personal opinion, I believe people like Kirk profited from this. Put my words in context and I am sorry if I offended some of you.

Everything you just said goes right out the window when you add, “he reaped what he sowed.”
That is not “choosing your words carefully.” Reaping what you sow translates to “he got what he deserved.”

Kirk's death was tragic. But you're correct, he made million dividing the country. His organization TPUSA, was also funded by shady billionaires. He was ultimately a mouthpiece to promote the culture war.

He didn’t divided the country, that has been in place for decades. He was an effective and transcendent conservative who was really good at engaging young people, regardless of their views or beliefs, and drove the left wing nuts crazy in the process.

Nope not correct. This country has NEVER been as divided as it is right now. Not even close. Much of it I blame on the rhetoric coming from both sides but especially right out of the mouth of copper coat and his fans. It’s really unbelievable the crap coming out of the mouth and on truth social from the most powerful man in the world. It’s so beneath the position of president of the United States of America 😳. It’s really immature and childish gibberish. I’m an independent, right in the middle and agree with both parties on certain things. Trump is a divider. You either love him or hate him.

Does hanging Chads ring a bell? We’ve been nearly equally divided for a long time. No argument that the acrimony of the divide has increased but the divide itself is not recent or new.
