My daughter went to Penn State. Her roommate's Dad is very high up in PSU administration. I got to know him pretty well while she was there and I did text him just to see if he would bite. He texted me back and said that Allen has gotten several inquiries but as far as he knows, Allen plans to stay where he is.

Of course, anything can happen but he was pretty confident Allen isn't interested in leaving right now. He said one of the challenges is when a program like Clemson or OK does a national coaches search, a guy like Allen wind's up on all of the lists and his agent has to field all the calls. In the process, rumors get created and people think they have the inside scoop when all they really have is that he was contacted. He said it is kind of like when everyone had Dabo going to Alabama when all that really happened was a preliminary call where Dabo told them he had no interest.

I truly don't think this is our guy but I would be fine if I am wrong.

Penn State is currently a better program than ours. Not really sure why Allen would leave for what is a lateral move at best unless we would be giving him a huge raise.
