If Wesco and Moore aren’t ready, we’re thin. Embarrassingly thin.
Also, if Mafah goes down, we’re in trouble. I can see him getting 25-30 carries a game.

I think they can manage with Green, Haynes, Adams and EZ. Hopefully Mafah stays healthy and has an amazing year! I’m hoping for about 100 per game average. Limit carries early on with the weak part of the schedule and ramp him up during the conference games.

Ww are not thin at numbers, we are thin at starter level personel. If all our 1's play top notch and dont get, injured we are good. A few positions have good 2's but we don't have the 5* and top 4* depth. Our entire team is pretty young really. Not a lot of seniors really.

Goal should be to keep Mafah around 20-25 most games and that's still kind of high.
If we play 15-16 games averaging 25 carries a game puts him around 375-400 carries in a year. That's a heckuva load for a RB.

I think we got enough horses in the RB stable to shoulder the load. Who the primary RB2 emerges will be fun to watch.

This is an odd take given our roster has a ton of WRs and RBs listed. For the first time in several years, we have both numbers and talent at both positions. The fact that the OP puts all of his confidence in two true freshmen WRs who have never caught a pass in a college game says more about the OP than our depth.

Not counting the Fr, they have Williams, Brown, Randall, Stellato & Turner! That's a pretty solid group. Add to that 2 Fr whose skillset we haven't seen in YEARS!!! That's 7 I'll roll with. And the jury is still out on Johnson & Hanafin. You can't just discount freshmen when the coaches say the "best since Sammy Watkins"

Very poor recruiting at the rb position the last few years. The 25 class should improve things. Davidson will likely be a day one starter.
