I wonder if Harbaugh will try to do the same thing to Rashan

Harbaugh is a control freak to the degree of insanity. This is what Harbaugh did after recruit Chase Allen visited Nebraska over the weekend (and keep in mind this is how it's reported on a Michigan website):
"Jim Harbaugh, Jay Harbaugh, and linebackers coach Chris Partridge attended Allen's basketball game Tuesday night and went to the recruit's home thereafter.
"They wanted to debunk anything I heard on my Nebraska visit." Allen said.
"He just talked about how tight ends are (actually) used in (Nebraska's) offense," he said. "He wanted to hear all about what Nebraska told me."
You can bet Harbaugh will do the same thing to Rashan Gary if he can. The more people interact with Harbaugh the less they like him, so it might work in our favor.

Dead period
The dead period is the most restrictive. No in-person contact is allowed, even if a prospect makes a visit to the college campus. Written and electronic communications are still permitted.

This is a self-imposed dead period so that they have time to make a decision and aren't being bothered by the coaches. If they wanted to break this dead period to visit Bama it's not like it's a NCAA violation or anything.

After reading that, I'm sure Harbaugh would be he can't! Rashan's mother has already stated she will self-impose the dead period after their visit to Clemson. No in-person contact is allowed, even if he were to go back to Michigan's campus. Written / electronic communication is still allowed I believe, but if Harbaugh was foolish enough to slander another school / program in writing, I'm sure he wouldn't have lasted this long.

Nebraska official twitter account trolling Harbaugh with this video. Harbaugh told the tight end recruit he shouldn't pick Nebraska because they would never get him the ball. All the plays in the video were made by tight ends:

Harbaugh: ...YOUR...goals...?
Gary: Well, yeah.

Gary: ...of course...
