Of the year can be laid at the feet of DJs offense. You saw how they shut out NC after the defense saw Cade moving the football with the ability to score. When the defense feels their offense can’t score they have a much harder time with their effort. They used all of that up last year. The plan should have been to replace DJ after a few games.

pitch forks, because they just can't accept the fact that the decision to continually play DJ brought the entire team down, should go listen to Nate Wiggin's post game interview where he said as much.
Q. Nate, Brandon talked about the spark that Cade brought to the offense, but he kind of talked about just bringing it to the team. For you guys defensively to see that offense get rolling tonight, what did it do to your confidence?
"It just made us have more confidence cause they were putting more points on the board so we were like if they were putting up points on the board we couldn't let them score."

At this point I’m expecting some of y’all to blame DJ for the bombing of Pearl Harbor.
If the defense can’t give effort unless the offense plays well, then we have a serious coaching problem.
The team has moved on from DJ, you should as well.
