2009 Spurrier and Company up 27-17 with under 3:00 to go. They not only went for it on 4th and goal from the 1. They threw the ball to make it 34-17

It's all they have, they have to cry about something.

left and being up 14 points when taking a knee ends the game. I was very happy with scoring again after the bs call that took back a score

2 things.
1. They were trying to score non stop as well.
2. We just ran it right up the middle.

that it wasn't bad enough that Chase Brice started throwing 60 yard bombs on them like he did against Louisville.

One never has a legitimate complaint about being repaid in the same coin.
Perhaps the major reason we went through probation, and why we are where we are now is from 1975 when USuck was up 49-20 and called time out with seconds left and called a pass for a touchdown. Some folks in high places decided (a la Jakey) that it could never happen again. Unlike with Jakey, it held true, there has been no similar blowout by dirtpeckers since then.
I could name a number of other situations where where the dirtpeckers and their coaching staffs went out of their way to run up score or otherwise disrespect Clemson (making posters of of Mike Hold taunting Fridge, Jungle Boi Swearingen taunting Ellington, Spurlid running his yap and being quoted by Ellis as saying "we ain't Alabama but we sure ain't Clemson!" and guess what, you are right, you sure ain't either one. But it is certainly clear that when the shoe is on the other foot USuck has no compunction whatever to pour it on. They delight in it.
Clemson did nothing wrong ensuring that the dirtpeckers did not get the ball back since they had hit a number of long balls and had just gotten through trying an on-side after a TD.
In short, they can dish it out (just not that often), but they can't take it.
Karma is a BIEEEOTCH!

Pfft yeah, absolute no sympathy because we had clearly taken our foot off the gas and put it in cruise control, although that may have not been obvious to their idiotic fans since unlike them crying about their young players having to play defense, our efficiency doesn't really drop off too much when we put our 3rd string guys in.
