Anyone park there? Good points? Bad points?

Been parking there for about 5 years...

Generally, its just me and the wife, so our tailgating is pretty tame in comparison to most. We love the convenience of the location (easy in & out), and we end up at the Esso more often than not.
Depending on which spot you get, the space can be pretty limited, but overall, I can't say much bad about it.

the bathroom availability makes it a valuable commodity---or should that be "commode-ity---especially for the distaff members of the tailgate party

We are normally coming from the Seneca side, so it's super easy to get in and out. Big plus

My parents have been parking there since 2007 (maybe?), and my friends and I have a spot right next to theirs.
We are down in the corner by the trees, so we have the grass to tailgate in. This gives us a lot of space to spread out and raise shenanigans (admittedly, we go too hard sometimes. probably one of the ones that makes Clem'sSon look tame ) Plus one of the guys, up until a week ago, we working at Walker, so he would come by on Thursday or Friday and mow the grass if the Army Corps of Engineers, or whoever keeps it, had let it get too long.
The TV's inside and the bathrooms are a big plus. The ice machines are also clutch (though in the past, they have run dry, so be sure to hit them up early).
All-in-all, the amenities and convenience put it above most other tailgating options.

PS: I have no affiliation with this place. It makes it look like I'm trying to sell it hard.
I've really had no complaints. Last year, they weren't at capacity, and I was able to get a one day pass the week of the Maryland game. If you don't pull the trigger this year, that may be an option if you want to scope it out.

and he absolutely loves it.
Plus, the price includes parking for football, basketball, and baseball season.
