Me too. I just don't want that our university logo and colors and name are used by everyone to make money (TV networks, coaches, and now players), with no financial benefit of any type to the university. I know TV money etc also funds other sports, so it benefits a few hundred other athletes and coaching staffs of those sports, but does nothing for average student or for university facilities etc. There was a connection between scholarship athletes and students in some ways, but with a fully professional players model I don't see this lasting.
